People are endlessly interesting. Everybody has something about them that a good photograph can bring out and show, and for that reason people are definitely my favourite subject for photography.
If you're looking for a photographer to take white background shots of you and your family (or even worse, you want "cake smash" photos), you should probably look elsewhere. But if you want environmental portraits that can really get under the skin of the subject, I can help.
I like taking photos of people in their "natural habitat", ideally with natural lighting though sometimes augmented with a little extra. I've heard that there are "rules" for portrait photography, but I must have missed that lesson because I'm happy to use both long and wide lenses - whatever produces the most interesting result.
